    • Making an Impact: A self-driven online learning journey designed for aspiring managers and ambitious professionals. Participants build critical skills such as learning agility, communication, conflict management, and accountability — at their own pace. With 10 levels of learning and real-world challenges, Making an Impact helps individuals grow into their next role with confidence.

    • Managing for Impact: A six-week hybrid program for current managers who want to sharpen their leadership skills and lead high-performing teams. Through a combination of live virtual workshops and self-paced online learning, participants strengthen their ability to inspire, manage team performance, lead inclusively, and drive collaboration and trust.

    • Leading for Impact: A senior-level leadership development experience for seasoned leaders. Combining research-based assessments, business simulations, coaching, and interactive workshops, Leading for Impact helps experienced leaders deepen emotional intelligence, lead high-performing teams, navigate stress and ambiguity, and drive organizational success.

    The Impact Series was developed to meet the real-world needs of today's leaders — from first-time managers to senior executives. It offers practical, actionable learning grounded in leadership development best practices and organizational psychology research.
