Don’t Underestimate the Impact of Your People

Organizations that intentionally focus on their people and culture consistently outperform the market by as much as four times.

High employee engagement. Low voluntary turnover. Healthy conflict. Products and projects that exceed expectations. These are signs that your leaders and workplace culture are working together to support your business objectives. There are real, bottom-line consequences for not investing in your people and your workplace culture.

  • COACHING

Want to feel more confident and prepared to lead in the future? A leadership coaching engagement is tailored to your specific needs with a focus on increasing your leadership capability, leadership presence, confidence, and overall leadership effectiveness, which in turn heightens the level of respect and trust people have in you.

Our expert coaches can help a leader increase their confidence, modify their behavior, and discover new skills so they can effectively lead their team and meet (or exceed!) organizational objectives. A confident, prepared leader is easier to work with, more self-aware and collaborative, and far more likely to coach and develop their own people. In that scenario, everyone wins.

    LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Leaders and managers need developmental support. That’s why management training is a strategic investment for today’s people-centered organizations. Retaining and growing the best talent requires research-based leadership development and management training programs that deliver measurable results for employees at any level. We offer a variety of courses and assessments in management training including our management development academies and our flagship series, Managing for Impact.

Since 2013, over 2,000 managers have participated in our award-winning management skills training series, Managing for Impact. This highly interactive, five-day virtual workshop series equips leaders with the skills they need to manage in the 21st century, such as time management and delegation, giving and receiving feedback, handling conflict, being inclusive and managing a remote team.

    CONSULTING

People's attitudes toward workplaces have shifted dramatically over the last several years. No longer do we see a workplace as simply a place to earn a paycheck, but a place of opportunity to grow professionally and personally, to collaborate broadly, and to derive a sense of value and belonging.

By focusing on organizational structure, processes and programs, behaviors, and your workplace culture, you can create the necessary environment in which work gets done more efficiently, your people feel inspired and motivated, and your clients stay loyal.

    DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION

Having a diverse organization is only the first step toward meaningful inclusion, but every organization must make a choice about committing to the necessary changes to internal programs, policies and behaviors that foster equity and inclusion. We understand the important role diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) plays in your business and in life. Whether you are looking to start a meaningful dialogue about how racism, sexism, and other forms of discrimination adversely affect the employee experience, or are in need of more strategic support to help reshape programs and policies, we offer a wide range of DE&I services to meet clients where their needs are.

Why Work with Loeb Leadership?

  • We understand there is no “one size fits all” approach to leadership development, and we pride ourselves on a highly consultative and customized delivery of services. We support a diverse offering of professional development opportunities with various levels and terms of engagement. Some people work with us for weeks, others for years– and our dedication to your success remains the same throughout.

  • We focus on designing a solution that will deliver measurable results. You may have heard the thought that the effectiveness of coaching is enigmatic– this is a myth! No one says this when a student scores higher on a test because they received tutoring, or when an athlete beats their time or scores more goals because they trained with their coach. Leadership coaching is no different! You will see changes within yourself and your organization, whether that means increased productivity among your team, higher sales, better communication, or dozens of other possible outcomes. You will see the fruits of your labor pay off in many ways, both personally and professionally, and the change that happens within yourself will ripple out to your team and organization.

  • Our team of highly qualified coaches, facilitators, and consultants possesses hundreds of combined years of experience. Many of our team members have held senior positions in your industry and draw from direct experience with the same or similar challenges of your leaders. We’ve helped thousands of leaders from dozens of different industries achieve extraordinary results.

  • Working with someone to improve yourself requires acknowledging where you lack. That is a vulnerable process, and in order for coaching to be effective you must have a coach that you trust and believe in. That’s why we use careful consideration when matching a team member to an engagement to ensure the best fit. We spend time with you, gather information on your goals, personality, and personal style, and match you to a suitable coach.

Early in my career, I worked with Natalie Loeb who facilitated a leadership development series training that became the foundation of my management style. Natalie is dynamic, insightful, engaging, smart, and an excellent listener. The content of her training was excellent, but as I watched her interact with the other trainees, that became another level of learning which was just as profound. Today I’m the CHRO of one of the largest multinational law firms in the world. I am profoundly grateful for Natalie’s wisdom, compassion, fortitude, and the relationship of learning we built over the years.
