Meet Anjli Garg

Anjli Garg is an executive coach, leadership trainer, and former corporate lawyer who helps high-achieving professionals create sustainable growth, lasting confidence, and meaningful impact. Her work bridges the outer game—strategy, productivity, leadership skills—with the inner work of self-trust, confidence, and burnout prevention. The result is leaders who thrive without sacrificing their wellbeing.

Before becoming a coach, Anjli spent 24 years practicing corporate law at Sullivan & Cromwell, American Express, Citibank (AGC), and State Street (MD), where she led a global team of 30+. Having made the leap from individual contributor to strategic leader herself, she now helps others navigate that same shift with intention and effectiveness.

She coaches partners, associates, GCs and senior executives as they move through inflection points—such as stepping into new roles, leading through uncertainty, increasing visibility, business development, navigating life events, and evolving their leadership style.

Clients describe Anjli as the kind of coach who creates a safe, judgment-free space—and helps them see clearly, think boldly, and lead with greater impact and ease.

As a first-gen lawyer and coach, mom, and creative, she sees the world from different perspectives, and appreciate the unique challenges of high-achieving professionals juggling competing demands on a daily basis.

She leads workshops, presents and has published articles on topics such as leadership, navigating uncertainty, visibility, executive presence, wellbeing, and inclusion. Her clients include corporations, law firms, professional associations, and non-profits.

Anjli is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also a certified professional coach through iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in

Coaching). She obtained her J.D. from New York University School of Law, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.

She is also certified in administering psychometric assessments (self and 360).
