Meet Dylan

Dylan is a Project Manager for Loeb Leadership. He supports the planning and coordination of projects and operations, helping ensure that work moves forward efficiently, stakeholders stay connected, and nothing falls through the cracks.

Dylan's career began in administrative roles at a private equity firm, before moving into operations and administration at a bicoastal law firm with offices in New York and California. These fast-moving, high-stakes, and detail-demanding environments built a strong foundation in process, structure, and organizational rigor. From there, Dylan transitioned into project management on the marketing side, where he brought his sharp operational instincts into a creative role.

Today, Dylan brings that full range of experience to Loeb Leadership: fluent in the systems and processes that keep complex work on track, and equally at home managing the people and relationships that make it all move. Dylan is known for being organized, dependable, and genuinely invested in the success of the teams and clients he works with.

Dylan lives outside of Seattle, WA, and spends his free time paddleboarding, reading, and making art.
