Meet GENA PEMBERTON

Gena Pemberton is a strategic inclusion executive and organizational change agent with over 25 years of experience spanning global finance, human capital strategy, and DEI leadership. Her career has taken her from financial analyst and management roles at Motorola and Ortho Clinical Diagnostics to director-level inclusion and leadership development work at Johnson & Johnson and Omnicom Health, where she drove culture transformation across a global network of 33 agencies. Holding an MBA, an SPHR designation, and a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University, Gena brings a rare combination of business rigor and people-centered leadership to every engagement.

Gena is a skilled facilitator of large-scale learning experiences, known for designing and delivering multi-tiered training programs that achieve 95%+ participation rates and create lasting organizational change. Across her tenures at J&J and Omnicom, she built global councils, developed inclusive talent pipelines, and directed strategies that delivered measurable results. Today, as Founder and CEO of IAmGenaP Enterprises, she partners with organizations to build inclusive cultures and develop the next generation of leaders.

Gena is based in Harlem, NY, and is originally from Edmonton, Alberta. She enjoys spending time with friends and family, giving back to her community, and rooting for the NY Knicks!
