Meet Karen

Karen Flynn is an executive coach, leadership training facilitator, and a communications specialist who works with senior leaders and high-potential executives navigating complexity, change, and high-stakes decision-making.

With more than 20 years of leadership and advisory experience, Karen brings a rare blend of strategic business insight, coaching expertise, and global facilitation capability. She has designed and delivered more than 120 leadership workshops the last nine years for teams across EMEA, APAC, the UK, and North America, working with leaders from organizations including Western Financial Group, iCapital, Siemens, Philips, Baker Hughes, 888 William Hill, Fluence Energy, and Singapore Economic Development Board.

Karen is particularly known for creating psychologically safe learning environments where leaders can challenge assumptions, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen leadership presence. Her work focuses on resilience, communication, decision-making, and leadership identity - helping leaders translate insight into meaningful behavioural change.

Prior to training as a coach, Karen founded Siren-Communications in Singapore, later acquired by Havas Worldwide, where she advised senior executives and global brands on strategy, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. This commercial background enables her to connect leadership development directly to global business challenges.
