Q&A With MIchele CLarke-Ceres

What unique perspective do you bring to your practice?

As an Executive Career Coach, my perspective is as unique as my professional background. This enables me to apply my knowledge and expertise across many sectors in different languages.

Describe major career/life decisions that led you to your current role. How have these experiences shaped the way you engage with clients?

Throughout my career, whenever I moved on from a role unexpectedly - I took those moments to build my brand as well as remind myself never to let circumstances define me. During those transitional periods, I became successfully became an executive career coach, a stand-up comedian, started my own consulting company, launched my own podcast, earned my Black Belt in Taekwondo, began teaching. These experiences enable me to speak to truthfully about what ensures success - starting with self.
